Sumptuous Pleasure is an online wellness retailer operating across three curated collections — The Skin Ritual (Korean skincare), The Scent Collection (fragrances), and The Intimacy Edit (intimate wellness products). Our website is at sumptuouspleasure.com.

When we refer to “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms, we mean Tees Luxury Label Ltd trading as Sumptuous Pleasure. When we refer to “you” or “your”, we mean you as a customer or visitor to our website.

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this document:

Products from The Skin Ritual and The Scent Collection are available to customers of all ages where applicable, though purchasing online requires you to be at least 16 years old or have parental consent.

We do not knowingly sell to or collect data from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has placed an order, please contact us immediately at hello@sumptuouspleasure.com.

Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

How a Contract is Formed

When you place an order on our Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. A legally binding contract between us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline orders where:

• A product is out of stock or no longer available
• We are unable to verify your payment or address details
• We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent
• We cannot confirm age verification for Intimate Wellness Products
• There has been a pricing error on the Website

Order Amendments and Cancellations

If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@sumptuouspleasure.com. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, your order is governed by our Returns Policy.

Prices

All prices displayed on our Website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are additional and are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Other methods displayed at checkout

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment providers. We do not store your card details and never have access to your full payment information.

Your Statement

Charges on your bank or card statement will appear as Tees Luxury Label Ltd. This applies to all orders across all three collections.

All UK orders are fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked services. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Full details of our delivery options, timeframes, and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery (Tracked 48): 2 to 3 working days from dispatch
• Tracked 24 Upgrade: Next working day aim (available at checkout for £2.99)

Estimated delivery times run from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, industrial action, or public emergencies. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a significant delay.

Discreet Packaging

All orders from The Intimacy Edit are dispatched in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No indication of the contents or our brand name will appear on the outside of your parcel. This is applied automatically — you do not need to request it.

Orders from The Skin Ritual and The Scent Collection are dispatched in standard Sumptuous Pleasure branded packaging.

Risk and Title

Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on the following basis:

• Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
• Skincare and fragrance products must have their seals intact
• Intimate Wellness Products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, regardless of whether they have been used

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sumptuouspleasure.com with your order number and reason. Do not return items without contacting us first. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Accuracy

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, ingredient lists, and specifications are accurate and reflect the products we stock. We write all product descriptions with honesty and specificity — naming actives, stating concentrations, and avoiding claims we cannot substantiate.

However, we cannot guarantee that:

• Colours on your screen will exactly match the physical product
• All product images reflect the most current packaging
• Products will produce specific results for every individual user

Authenticity

All products sold by Sumptuous Pleasure are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised UK wholesale suppliers. We do not sell grey market, counterfeit, or parallel import products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of a product you have received, please contact us immediately.

Stock Availability

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.

Use and Safety

All Intimate Wellness Products sold by Sumptuous Pleasure are sourced from reputable manufacturers and are designed for safe adult use when used as directed. We specify materials in every product listing — including whether products are made from body-safe silicone, ABS plastic, borosilicate glass, stainless steel, or other materials.

You are responsible for:

• Reading all product instructions, safety information, and care guidance before use
• Using products only as intended by the manufacturer
• Keeping products away from children and animals
• Discontinuing use if you experience any adverse reaction and seeking medical advice if appropriate

Hygienic Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, Intimate Wellness Products that have been opened or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned, regardless of whether they have been used. This is consistent with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in respect of sealed hygiene goods.

Discreet Fulfilment

All orders from The Intimacy Edit are dispatched in plain, unbranded packaging. No indication of the contents or our brand name appears on the outside of your parcel.

All content on sumptuouspleasure.com — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, brand names, graphic elements, and the overall design and arrangement of the Website — is owned by or licensed to Tees Luxury Label Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Website without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use for reference purposes is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

Sumptuous Pleasure, The Skin Ritual, The Scent Collection, and The Intimacy Edit are trading names and brand identifiers of Tees Luxury Label Ltd. Unauthorised use of these names is prohibited.

We take the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at sumptuouspleasure.com/privacy-policy.

By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your personal data as necessary to fulfil your order, including sharing your details with Royal Mail and our payment providers.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our Website is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Losses caused by third parties, including delivery carriers
• Losses arising from your failure to follow product instructions or safety guidance

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of our Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Continued use of our Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email where we hold your contact details, or by a prominent notice on our Website.

Changes to these Terms do not affect any orders that have already been confirmed.
